Hiring process:

Step 1: Pre-Screening 

An HR representative will contact applicants to conduct a short pre-screening

Step 2: Interview

The hiring committee reviews candidates and invites short-listed candidates to an interview. 

Interviews will contain questions related to the position and will draw on the candidate’s qualifications and previous experiences. We recommend all candidates review the STAR Method for answering questions during the interview.

Step 3: References 

HR will check 3 employment references for the selected candidate.

Step 4: Offer 

HR will contact the selected candidate to make an offer of employment to join the team at LBN.
